If your roof is over 12 years in Houston, shingles are curling, fiberglass is exposed (silver lines on the roof), Algae or fungus growth, missing granules from hail or wind.

Yes. Unfortunately insurance companies will need to see the damage and will require no repairs be completed until a final decision is made.

Short answer, Yes. Many insurance companies in Houston will not carry you if your roof is over 15 years old. According to American Risk, "If discovered that the roof has been misrepresented and the roof age is 15 years or older, the Endorsement will be added retroactively to the effective date of the policy and the claim will be adjusted on an Actual Cash Value basis. Meaning the coverage you thought you had doesn't apply and you have to purchase a new roof to continue carrying homeowners insurance. Our IKO Dynasty Shingles will lower your insurance premiums by an average of 20%.

Residential roofing replacements will take 1-2 days. While 99% of our installations only take 1 day, depending on the size and houston weather. Gutters will take less than day. Attic Insulation will take less than a day. Roof repairs will take less than a day.

We offer a *Lifetime Transferable Material Warranty and 5 year Labor Warranty. *Warranty lifetime is based on the manufacture.

Yes. All active and retired military will receive a 10% discount on the purchase of a new roof. All GiGi's Playhouse parents receive a 10% discount on the purchase of a new roof.
