How do I know whether I need a repair or a replacement?
Age is only one factor. We also look at the condition of the shingles, decking, flashing, penetrations, ventilation and the location and cause of any leaks before recommending a direction.
What workmanship warranty do you provide?
Garvin Exteriors provides its own 10 year workmanship warranty on qualifying roof replacement work, giving you a direct local contact.
How long has Garvin Exteriors been in business?
Garvin Exteriors opened in December 2022, backed by more than 15 years of industry experience. We are a local Cypress company focused on long term relationships, clear communication and standing behind our work.
Do you work with insurance claims and insurance companies?
Yes. We regularly complete roofing projects that involve insurance claims. We can provide estimates, photographs and project documentation and communicate with the insurance company about the roofing scope when appropriate. Coverage decisions and claim payments remain between the homeowner and the insurance carrier.
